数字化技术在大唐卓资风电场的应用

         

摘要

为了解决当前大型风电场中不同厂家风机监控无法兼容,风机监控与升压站监控无法统一通信等导致的风电场运行、管理和维护问题,在借鉴数字化变电站技术应用经验的基础上,一种以IEC 61850和IEC61400-25标准为基础的数字化风电场技术解决方案被提了出来,研究了方案的技术特点、系统结构和功能组成.方案在大唐国际内蒙占卓资风电场(88 MW)应用,成功实现了卓资风场集全风场各型风机监控、升压站监控及风场自动发电控制、发电功率优化功能于一体的新型数字化风电场综合自动化监控系统.卓资工程新系统投运后效果良好,达到了系统设计的目标和要求,极大地提高所在风电场的自动化运行水平.%The different wind turbine automation systems that provided by different wind turbine manufacturees are incompatible with each other and also isolated from the wind power substation automation system.This leads to lot of operation,maintenance and management difficulties in current large scale wind farm.A digital wind farm solution based on IEC 61850 and IEC 61400-25 standards is proposed to solve these difficulties with experience of digital substation projects.Its technical features, system structures and function components are also analyzed.The scheme was implemented in Zhuozi digital wind farm project (88MW) owned by Datang International Co.Ltd,by applying this solution.The new style integrated digital wind farm automation system which integrates wind turbines SCADA system, wind farm substation SCADA system and Automatic Generation.Control has been put into services.The new automation system in Zhuozi wind farm works well and successfully meets original designed requirements,which greatly improves the wind farm automation level.
