变电站全寿命周期设计的理论及应用

         

摘要

变电站全寿命周期设计的核心是运用全寿命周期理论和方法,将全部设计要素综合集成,进行专项设计和整体优化,实现变电站系统v体最优.设计价值体系由功能一经济价值、环境价值和可持续发展价值构成,并具体化为8个目标.建立了变电站全寿命周期成本分析的映射模型.设计基于一r.程系统分解结构和目标分解结构,通过子目标设计方案和子工程系统设计方案之间的整体优化和协调集成形成全寿命周期设计方案.该设计理念在某变电站工程中得到了成功应用.%The core of substation life cycle design is specific design and global optimization by using life cycle theory and method to integrate all design factors.The design system consists of function-economic value,environment value and usstainable development value.The system is materialized to eight objectives.The mapping model of substation life cycle cost is establed.The design is based on engineering breakdown structure(EBS) and object breakdown structure(OBS).The final design proposal is a harmonized and integrated result of sub-object and sub-engineering system design proposals.The method has been used in some substation design successfully.
