某风电场风力发电机组振动故障探究

         

摘要

Vibration alarms frequently triggered at the wind speed of 10 to 14 m/s led to the wind turbine generator(WTG)shutdown or a wind farm.After inspection of the WTG, possibility of quality problems was eliminated.To clear the fault,a digital filter was added to the WTG control system to condition the generator speed signal.By feeding the filtered speed signal into the speed control loop,the fault was cleared as expected.Due to the independence of the signalconditioning module,WTG performances were not degraded at all.Field tests indicate that the modified control system can eliminate vibration alarms and improve WTG performances.%某风电场风力发电机组在10~14 m/s的风速范围内频发振动报警并引发停机,通过调集监控系统数据和现场检测,在排除机组自身存在质量问题的可能性后,在机组控制系统中新增并调校一个数字滤波器,对发电机转速信号进行预处理,处理后信号作为转速控制回路的输入,使问题得以解决.因为信号处理与控制问路相互独立,所以该滤波器不会影响风力发电机的功率输出以及其他性能.经现场检测验证,该措施实现了转速控制回路维持发电机转速波动在安全范围内的目的,避免了风机振动的影响,且使得变桨系统具有更好的控制调节性能.
