基于GIS的电网工程预算系统的设计与实现

         

摘要

Geographic information system (GIS) technology was applied for the power network project budget process in order to improve the accuracy and automation level.Combined with ComGIS,Object-oriented and Reuse technologies, the Map Objects and NET plaform were used to establish the system architecture and user interface. Oracle and Access database were chosen to manage the remote and local attribute data. The spatial data was storage as SHAPE file. The GIS based budget system has successfully integrated the graphical data, altributes data and foundation map data for power network project equipments. Moreover,the consistency between graphics data and attributes data was guaranteed automatically, which made the budget more accurate, efficient and standardized.%为了提高电网下程预算的自动化程度和准确度,利用地理信息系统(GIS)技术对电网工程预算自动化与规范化进行设计与研究.通过集成组件式GIS,运用面向对象及重用技术,采用MapObjects和.NET平台构建系统核心和用户界面,分别用Oracle数据库以及Acces,数据库管理远程和本地属性数据,空间数据采用Shape格式文件进行存储,实现了电网工程中各相关设备的图形数据、属性数据和基础地图数据的有机结合,自动保证图形数据和属性数据的一致性,使电网工程预算更加准确、高效、规范.
