湖南省现有21台直吹式制粉系统锅炉,运行中普遍存在送粉通道易堵塞、煤粉粗、制粉系统出力低、制粉单耗高、煤仓易堵煤、燃烧稳定性差、燃烧教率低等一系列问题.分析了直吹式制粉系统设计方面存在的不足,如设备设计裕量偏小分离器选型适应性差、一次风管布置不合理等.提出并实施了混煤掺烧改善燃用煤种、分离器改造、一次风管优化布置等措施,确保了锅炉燃烧的稳定性与经济性,明确了直吹式制粉系统设计煤粉细度必须按掺混煤种挥发分最低煤种选取、推荐采用轴向双挡板粗粉分离器.%A series of problems were existed widely in thermal boilers with direct firing pulverizing system, such as jam in pulverized coal feed pipe, powder coal being coaxse, the capacity of coal pulverizing system decreasing, pulverizing piece yardage increasing, jam in coal bunker, combustion stability being inferior and combustion efficiency declining. By retrofiting pulverized coal classifier, optimizing primary air duct arrangement, carrying out coal-blending and combustion, ameliorating practical coal quality and combustion control, the combustion stability and combustion efficiency is improved clearly.
