电站锅炉磨煤机负荷控制方法的改进

         

摘要

针对燃煤量在线测量误差大、变负荷时制粉过程滞后等缺点,提出了电站锅炉磨煤机负荷的改进控制策略:在本逻辑中增加了磨煤机的差压校正控制回路,当机组负荷变化时,可以快速改变进入炉膛的煤粉量;当机组负荷不变时,能够及时克服给煤量的扰动.同时,并行地送至单台磨煤机的给煤机控制回路,执行工作负荷的闭环调节.通过超临界600 MW机组降负荷变动的试验,验证了该策略不仅可以提高直吹式系统锅炉磨煤机的负荷响应能力,而且可以在单独改变给煤量时能快速调节煤粉量.%For the big error in the coal flow online measurement and the big lag in the pulverizing process, the improved control strategies in boiler mill load were proposed, which is introducing the differential pressure corrections loop to the control loop in logic when the unit load changed. The corrections loop can rapidly change the amount of coal powder into the hearth. And when the unit load did not change, the corrections loop can overcome the coal disturbance timely. At the same time, the coal disturbance was conveyed to control loop of coal feeder of single coal mill, which executes closed-loop regulation of load. The results of load down change test in supercritical 600 MW show that the strategies not only enhance the load response capability of direct firing boiler mill, but also change the coal feed quantity.
