澜沧江流域梯级水电站输电系统规划

         

摘要

由于我国西南及境外水电开发投产时序主要集中在“十二五”末、“十三五”期间,将给电力的合理消纳和外送带来困难.综合考虑送受端电网负荷特性、水火互济策略、先进的输电技术、较优的经济性等因素,研究五大流域之一的澜沧江流域梯级水电站的开发规模、建设时序、电能消纳和输电方案等问题.结果表明:澜沧江上游云南段梯级水电站宜考虑外送广东,枯水期可适当考虑部分留存云南本省消纳;输电系统方案可根据送电规模和距离考虑采用特高压直流、交流和同塔双回高压直流输电方式.%Most hydropower projects in southwest China and adjacent foreign countries will be put into operation at the end of "12th Five-Year Plan" or the whole period of " 13th Five-Year Plan". This causes difficulty for power consumption and deliveryeffectively. With the consideration of the characteristics of the power grids and load centers, the strategy of complementary utilization of thermal power and hydropower, advanced transmission technology and optimal economic factors, the detailed analysis was given on the scale, construction schedules, electricity consumption and transmission schemes of the cascade hydropower stations along Lancang River, one of the five big rivers in China. The study results show that the cascade hydropower stations in Yunnan along the Lancang River should serve Guangdong province normally, and serve the demand of Yunnan province locally during the low water period. Transmission schemes should consider technologies such as extra-high voltage DC, AC or double-circuit HVDC lines on one tower according to the transmission capacities and distances.
