城市高压输电线路型式判别技术评价

         

摘要

随着高压电缆线路的需求不断加大,现有的地方性城市电力网规划定性原则将不能满足输配电发展对输电线路可靠性、经济性的综合要求,无法适应国家未来经济快速发展需要.为此从技术方面综合衡量高压架空、电缆线路的优劣,构建技术评价指标体系,提出因素递减法、比例系数法、级别分类法和临界值法等评分方法,采用“十分制”标准对各项技术指标进行评价.在研究成果基础上进行了相关系统的开发.为项目的推广应用奠定基础.%With the increasing demand of high-voltage cable lines, the existing local urban power network planning principles cannot meet the comprehensive requirements of transmission and distribution development in transmission line reliability, economy and society compatibility. It cannot adapt to the needs of country's future rapid economic development. A comprehensive technical evaluation system for high voltage overhead and cable lines is built. Evaluation index scoring methods such as factor reducing method, proportional coefficient method, classification level method and the critical value method are proposed. The various technical indexes are evaluated by using "ten point system". A proposed system is implemented based on the research result, which lay foundation for the promotion and application of related projects.
