由于部分电力工程一线的作者写作重点存在偏差,使得本来很有价值的实用化技术难以在高水平刊物上发表.伴随互联网发展和检索条件的变化,科技论文传播的方式与重点也在调整.针对某些欠妥的写作方式问题,对应各个写作结构单元,详细地说明其具体受众变化.阐述各个单元读者群存在的差别;中文摘要为检索和广泛传播服务;简短明确的英文摘要为中国技术的国际化服务;引言要注意展示研究深度；原理方法阐述要面向技术同行；结果结论要充分展现创新内容.提出了根据受众确定写作重点的观点,要从不同的应用目的出发,改善写作结构和写作重点.从而展示论文的传播价值,提出明确的结论,突出科技创新内涵,提高稿件被采用机会.%For some engineers working in operation or production fields in the industry of electric power, valuable applied technologies from them are difficult to be put out on high-level journals due to their poor ability to place emphases when writing a paper. Targeting some typical problems in drafting a paper, the author elaborates the potential changes of readers and their difference with structural units. The abstract in Chinese serves search and spreading, whereas the abstract in English serves the internationalization of China-based technologies. Introduction should exhibit the depth of research. Theory and method may be followed closely by professionals in the same field. Result and conclusion should reveal fully the innovations. The author suggests determining structure and emphases in accordance with readers and application purposes. Papers with higher spreading value will have more chance to be accepted by a journal.
