This paper studied the dropper length calculation and determination by computer FEM simulation thoroughly and put forward to a iteration simulation and modeling method to determine the dropper length. This method first builds the FEM modeling of contact wire, pantograph, and dropper system, and then describe the boundary condtion and loadcases according to the actual procedures of installation, pre-loads and fixtures in real construction. By iteration simulation and modeling, the dropper length approachs to the standard of construction and the mechanical state of catenary system.%采用计算机有限元仿真技术,建立接触线、承力索以及吊弦的有限元模型,通过合理的边界条件定义和工况定义,客观准确地反映弓网实际施工中的安装、施加预紧力和剧定等的安装顺序,实际施工的安装顺序、载荷以及约束,进行反复的迭代建模,通过多次建模和计算来确定符合安装验收标准的吊弦长度;同时使仿真建立的接触网力学状态符合实际情况。
