分别采用3种不同的焊接电流焊接隔板静叶和隔板体(含铬量均为11%,但不同材质)的异种钢.测试焊接接头的拉伸、冲击和弯曲性能.结果表明,3种焊接工艺下的组织均为回火马氏体,焊接电流为270 A时的板条马氏体组织更粗大;EDS分析表明焊缝和热影响区的析出相主要为M23C6相.当焊接电流为240A时,接头具有较优异的综合力学性能.%Three kinds of currents are used for welding dissimilar steels with 11% chrome content.And the effect of these welding currents on the microstructures and mechanical properties of welded joints is studied.The tensile,impact and bending properties of the joints are tested.The results show that the microstructures of the joints with three welding technologies are all tempering martensite,and the martensite is much coarser in the 270 A.EDS analysis shows that the secondary phase of welds and heat affected zone is mainly phase M23C6.The joints obtained with 240 A have excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.
