高强度铝合金及其先进焊接技术研究现状及发展方向

         

摘要

超高强铝合金具有很高的强度和韧性,应用价值良好,是航空航天、军工及轨道交通等领域极具应用前景的结构材料.总结国内外关于7000系(Al-Zn-Mg-Cu)超高强铝合金的研究进展及其现状,概述提高超高强铝合金综合性能而开发的各种新技术和新工艺,并综述其先进焊接技术的发展现状及趋势.针对超高强度铝合金的研究现状及存在问题,其未来研究主方向应包括主合金元素含量的优化、新的微合金化元素的添加、新制备技术的采用和开发,以及现有焊接技术的优化和新焊接工艺的开发,以促进高强度铝合金在不同领域的应用.%Possessing high strength and toughness,ultra high strength aluminum alloy is a kind of structural material,which has good application value and can be applied widely in the aerospace,military and rail transit fields.The research progress and development situation of strengthening-toughening of ultra high strength 7000 aluminum alloy (Al-Zn-Mg-Cu) both in domestic and foreign countries have been fully summarized.The various new technologies for improving ultra high strength aluminum alloys properties have been commented,the research progress and development of its welding technology are also summarized.For the research status and existing problems of ultra high strength aluminum alloys,the main directions of future research should include the optimization of the content of main alloying elements,the addition of new micro-alloying elements,the adoption and development of new preparation technologies,and the existing welding technologies,to promote the application of high strength aluminum alloys in different fields
