高Al、Ti型镍基高温合金具有良好的热稳定性、热强度和高温组织稳定性,广泛地应用于航空发动机叶片、燃气轮机热端部件等高端精密领域.由于这些热端部件造价昂贵且极易损坏,对该种零件进行维修与再制造成为降低该类部件运行成本的重要方法.由于Al、Ti含量会增大高温合金的焊接裂纹发生率,传统的熔焊技术很难应用到该类部件的维修当中,利用微弧电火花沉积技术对高Al、Ti型镍基高温合金K403进行了沉积试验,获得无裂纹堆焊层,为高Al、Ti高温合金的再制造工程增加了新的工艺方法.%Nickel base superalloy with High Al,Ti has a good thermal stability,hot strength and high-temperature structure stability,it has been widely used in aero-engine blades,gas turbine and other high precision areas.Because the hot components are expensive and easily damaged,the re-manufacture process of these components has become more and more important.With Al,Ti content increases superalloy weld crack incidence will increase,Traditional welding technology is difficult to apply to such parts remanufacturing.Electric-Spark deposition technique has been used in the experiment of high-Al,Ti nickel base superalloy K403 deposition in this paper,no cracks surfacing welding layer has been obtained.lt provides a new process to remanufacture the high-Al, Ti nickel base superalloy.
