Based on the national standard of liquid heater, taking the cordless electrical kettle as the example, this paper summarizes the common unqualified conditions in the product test. Then it analyzes it combined with practical situation and standard. Finally, the reasonable improvement project is given. It strengthens the understanding for standard, and provides the reference for manufacturing enterprises so as to avoid the unqualified products as far as impossible.%本文针对液体加热器国家标准，以无绳电热水壶为案例，概括了在实际产品检测中常见的不合格情况，并结合实际情况和标准要求进行分析，给出了合理的改进方案，从而加强对标准的理解并为生产企业提供参考，避免企业生产不合格产品。
