In view of the lack of relay protection technology personnel and supporting measures of wind farm, nonstandard setting calculation, careless management of the relay protection setting value, relay protection setting calculation management system of wind farm was developed. The architecture of system function, key technologies and the solution of system function was presented. The system can quickly calculate the wind farm relay protection setting values and promote the calculation and management standardization and normalization of wind farm relay protection setting value to ensure the safe and stable operation of wind farm.%针对风电场缺少继电保护技术人才和配套措施，定值计算不规范、定值管理不到位的现象，开发了风电场继电保护整定计算管理系统，介绍了系统的功能架构、关键技术以及系统功能解决方案。该系统能够快速对风电场保护定值进行计算，同时也能促进风电场继电保护定值计算和管理的标准化和规范化，保障风电场的安全稳定运行。
