虽然许多现代电力监测仪可以测量电压、电流、功率、电能、甚至电能质量,但目前这类仪表大多不能用于广域电力测量系统,因为在这类系统中通常需要单独的PMU进行同步相量测量。针对这种状况,本文提出了一种既可用于传统SCADA系统又可用于现代广域测量系统的具有PMU测量功能的新型电力检测仪。%Although many modem electric power monitoring devices can measure voltage, current, power, and even power qualities, they are inadequate for wide-area measurement applications, in which standalone PMUs are typically used to measure synchrophasors. In this paper, a new power monitoring device with built-in PMU functionality is presented, which can be used both in conventional SCADA and WAMS.
