用于电机位置检测的电涡流传感器电磁场仿真分析

         

摘要

In the motor control system,the rotor position signal is an important parameter to adjust the operation of the motor.Ordinarily,the motor applies in the environments of high temperature and full of oil,which requires accurate position signal.The eddy current sensor is applied to motor position detection system due to its characteristic of simple structure,low cost,high temperature resistance to oil pollution and high reliability.Motor position detection system has a high demand for accuracy and sensitivity,and the eddy current sensor needs analysis and optimization design.In this paper,a new three-coil eddy current sensor is proposed.The eddy current sensor is analyzed by electromagnetic field correlation theory.The finite element method is used to analyze the new eddy current by using the ANSYS software,combined with GUI and the APDL language to establish the 3D parameter model.The data needed for the analysis are obtained,which provides a basis for further design of an eddy current sensor suitable for motor control system.%在电机控制系统中,转子位置信号是调节电机运转情况的重要参数.电机需要应用在高温、油污等环境中,这就要求在该环境中仍能得到准确的位置信号.电涡流传感器以其结构简单、成本较低、耐高温耐油污、可靠性高等优点而应用于电机位置检测系统中.电机位置检测系统对精度及灵敏度有较高要求,需要对电涡流传感器进行分析与优化设计.文中提出一种新型同轴三线圈电涡流传感器,利用电磁场相关理论对电涡流传感器进行分析,并应用有限元分析法,利用ANSYS软件,使用GUI操作与APDL语言相结合的方法建立新型电涡流传感器在电机位置检测中的三维参数化模型,并进行仿真求解后处理,得到分析所需要的数据,为进一步设计一个适用于电机控制系统的电涡流传感器提供依据.
