基于流场特性分析的电解去毛刺试验研究

         

摘要

To solve the problem of burr produced in the process of machining cross holes ,the 2D model of T-hole with burr based on finite element method was established and the burr′s influence on the flow field inside the hole was analyzed by CFD. Electrochemical deburring was proposed to remove the burr in cross holes. ANSYS was used to simulate electric field in T-hole model and calculate the anode boundary shape curves after different processing times. The flow field inside the processed T-hole without burr was simulated in CFD after verifying the anode boundary by experiments so as to verify the improvement in flow field inside the cross hole by electrochemical deburring method.%针对机加工相交孔会产生毛刺的问题,基于有限元分析方法建立带有毛刺的T型孔二维模型,采用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)软件分析毛刺对孔内流场的影响。提出利用电解法去除相交孔相贯线处的毛刺,运用ANSYS软件对T型孔模型进行电场的仿真,计算出不同加工时间阳极边界成形轮廓曲线。通过试验校验阳极成形曲线后,再次运用CFD软件仿真分析去毛刺后的T型孔内的流场,对比验证电解去毛刺对孔内工作液流场的改善作用。
