陶瓷磨边超声加工电源的设计与研究

         

摘要

To solve the frequency drift problem during the ultrasonic machining power system operation,a composite frequency tracking method that based on STM32 combines current sweeping and phase detection was proposed. The sweeping ensures the accuracy of frequency tracking in a wide frequency range and the phase detection ensures the rapidity of frequency tracking. On this basis ,the corresponding control algorithm and circuit system were designed. By ceramic grinding experiments ,it shows that the power system has good frequency tracking characters.%针对超声加工系统存在频率漂移的问题,提出了基于STM32的电流扫频和相位检测相结合的复合频率跟踪方法。电流扫频可确保在宽频率范围实现频率跟踪,相位检测保证了频率跟踪的快速性。在此基础上,设计了相应控制算法和硬件电路。通过陶瓷磨边实验表明该系统具有良好的频率跟踪效果。
