W6Mo5Cr4V2电火花加工工艺参数优选研究

         

摘要

As many factors affect the process indicators, it is difficult to select the appropriate parameters In the high-speed steel W6Mo5Cr4V2 EDM process. Through the experimental research on EDM of W6Mo5Cr4V2, the influence of current peak, pulse width, pulse interval on processing speed, electrode wear and surface roughness were analyzed. The optimized machining parameters for W6Mo5Cr4V2 were summarized. At the same time, the Specimens after EDM were microscopic anal-ysised. The test results have good guidance on the production and processing of enterprises.%在用电火花加工高速钢W6Mo5Cr4V2的过程中,由于影响工艺指标的因素较多,要选择合适的电加工参数较困难.通过电火花成形加工W6Mo5Cr4V2的实验研究,分析了峰值电流、脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔对加工速度、电极损耗、表面粗糙度的影响规律,优选出了合理的粗、精加工参数,并对电加工后的试件进行了微观分析.实验结果对企业生产加工有较好的指导作用.
