粉末特性对选择性激光熔化成形不锈钢零件性能的影响研究

         

摘要

Selective laser melting, one of rapid prototyping techniques with most possible application foreground, can fabricate directly high-performance metallic parts. The present studies focused on the effects of the processing parameters, but neglected those of the material properties. This study takes stainless steel powder as experimental materials, and conducts series tests of single-trace and single-layer line scanning and multilayer block, to reveal the effect law of powder particle shape, granularity distribution and oxygen content on part performances. The reason on the effects of powder properties on part performance can come down to the effects on melting pool quality and spheroidizing degree. Comparatively speaking, the influence degree of the oxygen content is the most significant.%选择性激光熔化技术可直接成形高性能金属零件,是最具应用前景的快速成形技术之一.现有研究主要集中讨论工艺参数,忽略了材料特性的影响.以不锈钢粉末为试验材料,实施单道单层线扫描与多层块体成形试验,揭示粉末颗粒形状、粒度分布以及含氧量对制件性能的影响规律.粉末特性影响制件性能的机理可归结于对熔池质量及球化程度的影响,其中粉末含氧量的影响最为突出.
