CuInSe2 nanocrystals were prepared by a facile noninjection method with triethanolamine as the solvent. SEM, XRD, XPS, EDX investigations were performed to characterize the component and the structure of as-synthesized CuInSe2 nanocrystals. The results show that the synthesized CuInSe2 nanocrystals have sphere-liked single phase structure and uniform sized, the composition of the nanocrystals is close to the stoichiometric ratio. The band gap of the obtained CuInSe2 nanocrystals is (1.03±0.03) eV which matches the requiments of the optical materials for its good absorbition of visible light.%以三乙醇胺为溶剂,通过易于实现的非注入法(noninjection)合成铜铟硒(CuInSe2)纳米晶体.采用SEM、XRD、XPS和EDX分析了所制CuInSe2纳米晶体的组分与结构.结果表明,合成的CuInSe2纳米晶体为类球形,尺寸均匀,具有单一相结构并且接近化学计量比.该纳米晶体的能带隙为(1.03±0.03) eV,对可见光吸收良好,符合光伏应用的要求.
