BaCu(B2O5)的添加对Li2MgTi3O8微波介质陶瓷性能的影响

         

摘要

采用传统固相反应法制备Li2MgTi3O8微波介质陶瓷,研究了BaCu(B2O5)(简称BCB)的添加对Li2MgTi3O8微波介质陶瓷的烧结性能及介电特性的影响.结果表明:BCB作为低熔点氧化物烧结助剂,可有效降低所制陶瓷烧结温度,而且可以调节τf近零.当添加质量分数3%的BCB,900℃烧结所制陶瓷的综合微波介电性能最佳:εr=27.2,Q·f= 48 200 GHz,τf=0.4×10-6/℃.该陶瓷与Ag电极具有化学兼容性,是理想的LTCC候选材料.%The Li2MgTi3O8 ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction method. The effects of BaCu(B2O5) (BCB for short) addition on sintering behavior and microwave dielectric properties of the Li2MgTi3O8 ceramics were investigated. The results show that BCB addition not only reduces the sintering temperatures of prepared ceramics effectively, but also tunes τf by mixtures of dielectrics closed to zero. When 3% (mass fraction) BCB is added, Li2MgTi3O8 ceramic sintered at 900 ℃ possesses the best microwave dielectric properties: a εr of 27.2, a high Q ·/of 48 200 GHz, and a low τf of 0.4× 10-6/℃. Moreover, BCB-added Li2MgTi3O8 ceramics possess chemical compatibility with Ag electrodes, which are candidates for LTCC application.
