An ultrasonic phased array receiver circuit was designed and fabricated for scene imaging in special environment especially with nuclear radiation where the effects of optical devices are not satisfactory.The transmitter of the system used the DDS to realize the signal generator,which produced 40 kHz sine wave signal.The receiver performed second-order band-pass filter and amplification on the signal,and 32-channel the signal was stored in the FIFO after the conditioning circuit and the A/D conversion.The signal was ultimately sent to the control unit for imaging.By testing the continuous sine wave and sinusoidal pulse,the extraction effect of the design circuit on the millivolt echo signal was verified,and the requirement of high capacity data storage and continuous reading of the multi-channel effective signal is realized.%设计并制作了一种用于核辐射等传统光学设备效果不理想的环境下场景成像数据采集的超声波相控阵接收电路.相控阵系统的发射端采用DDS信号发生器得到40 kHz正弦波信号,接收端首先对信号进行前置放大和二阶带通滤波,通过对不同强度信号进行调理放大后,通过32路A/D转换将信号存储到FIFO,主控芯片最后通过分时复用的方式读取数据进行成像处理.通过发射连续正弦波和正弦脉冲波测试实验,验证了设计电路对毫伏级回波信号的提取效果,并实现了大容量数据存储、连续有效读取多路信号的要求.
