随着科学技术的不断发展,尤其是计算机及自动化技术的迅猛发展,石油化工企业的仪表控制系统也变得越来越智能化、数字化和微型化.再加上近年来国家不断加强智能化工厂的推广力度,不断地提高工厂的信息安全,以信息化带动工业化的基本国策已取得初步成效.本文主要介绍了FOXBORO公司的I/A 8.5在海南炼化生产中的应用情况,简述了控制系统硬件配置,对DCS系统结构及特点进行了说明、分析,针对运行过程中出现的问题,提出系统完善的方案并实施.%With the development of science and technology, especially the rapid development of computer and automation, the instrument control system of petrochemical enterprises has become more and more intelligent, digitized and miniaturized. In addition, in recent years, our country has continuously strengthened the promotion of intelligent chemical plants, constantly improving the information security of factories, and the basic state policy of industrializing by informatization has achieved initial results. This paper mainly introduces the application of FOXBORO's I/A 8.5 in the refining production in Hainan, introduces the hardware configuration of the control system, explains and analyses the structure and characteristics of DCS system, and puts forward a perfect scheme for the problems in operation.
