新疆奇台2×350MW电厂控制系统设计优化

         

摘要

Set in control system of QiTai 2×350MW power plant, this paper introduce the network structure, hardware configuration and control range of the main and BOP system integrated DCS control system. In order to ensure the safety and stability of control system, the unit DCS network and BOP network divided into two separate network. The whole plant DCS main and BOP system integrated achieve a seamless connection in the hardware, to avoid the DCS interface with variety of hardware device, improve the reliability of the control system ,reducing the maintenance and spare parts, and greatly reducing the maintenance cost.%以新疆奇台2×350MW工程全厂控制系统为背景,介绍DCS主辅机一体化控制系统的结构、硬件配置及控制范围。主机DCS网络与全厂辅助控制网络分为两个独立的网络,确保系统的稳定性和安全性。全厂DCS主辅机一体化方式在硬件上实现了无缝连接,避免了DCS与多种硬件设备的接口,提高了控制系统的可靠性,减少了备品备件种类和控制系统维护工作量,大大节约了维护成本。
