KRG system is a important signal processing system for nuclear island and nuclear auxiliary system. This paper briefly describes the function of KRG system and structure of power distribution. By analysing the problems appeared during normal operationof power supply case, italso proposes optimizationmeasures for equipments maintenance.The measures can provide valuable preference forQinshan PhaseⅡexpansion project and other Similar plants.%KRG过程仪表机柜系统为核岛核辅重要的信号处理系统，本文简要介绍了秦山核电2期扩建工程KRG系统功能和电源分配结构。本文对KRG过程仪表机柜系统日常运行中出现的机柜电源机箱故障问题，进行了详细阐述、分析和总结。同时，针对这些问题提出了相应的电源机箱维护优化措施，对秦山二期扩建工程及其他类似电站都有很大的意义。
