方家山核电工程中，选用了全厂DCS数字化控制的设计方案。本文简要介绍了方家山DCS二层系统的结构和特点，从DCS二层系统的现场布置、电源分配、网络结构等多个角度细致分析了DCS二层系统的可靠性。通过现场运行经验反馈以及系统运行中的事件故障，提出了提高系统运行可靠性的相关建议，对后期机组运行中的系统运维提供了一定借鉴意义。%Fang JiaShan nuclear project uses DCS control system. This paper briefly describes the structure and characteristics of DCS level two system. It also analyzes the reliability of DCS level two system in multiple aspects including site layout, power distribution and network structure. According to the feedback of operating experience and system failure event,it proposes some corresponding improvements for system reliability. The suggestions in the paper can provide valuable preference for maintenance of the plant.
