An innovative high-speed pneumatic rotary actuator based on the hydraulic buffer was designed and optimized. This kind of novel high-speed pneumatic rotary actuators can solve the problems of traditional fast-speed rotary actuators effectively, including inaccurate positioning, low reliability and short life due to the strong impact caused by the high speed.
