With the rapid development of petrochemical enterprises, field instruments are widely used, which are high intelligent instruments, high prices. lightning protection equipment is particularly important in order to ensure the normal operation of the production plant. People can not control natural disasters, but we can take preventative measures. In this paper, the analysis of the data of the field instrument which is damaged in a refinery chemical plant is explained, and the solution is put forward. At last, it puts forward the effective measures to eliminate the harm of lightning strike, hoping to provide some valuable reference information for the lightning protection and grounding of the oil refining and chemical enterprises.%随着石油化工企业的飞速发展，现场仪表应用广泛，都是高级智能仪表，价格不菲。防雷保护仪表设备、保证生产装置正常运行显得尤为重要，自然灾害人为不能控制，但可以防患与未然。本文对某炼油化工厂现场仪表受雷击损害数据进行分析说明，并提出了解决办法；同时展开分析雷电的入侵途径，采取相应的防护措施；最后提出了消除雷击危害的有效措施，希望可以对炼油化工企业防雷接地提供一些有价值的参考资料。
