As long term withstanding high temperature, pressure and high velocity impact, under harsh working conditions, thermowell is required to be high safety factor. In this paper, it analyzes accident of thermowell breaking in forepart of the main steam valve in Lanxi Power Station in 2007. Also this paper classifies applications of some types thermowell, and provides some information of thermowell selections in similar units for reference.%热电偶长期承受高温高压及高流速的汽水冲击，在恶劣的工况条件下，对本体的安全系数要求非常高。本文对2007年兰溪电厂主阀前温度套管断裂事故进行了分析，分类列举几种温度套管的选型应用，以供同类机组选型做参考。
