核电厂硼伴热系统(RRB)是防止流过管道、泵和阀门的硼酸溶液结晶的重要辅助系统。本文详细介绍了PLC控制器在RRB系统的设计和应用,阐述了PLC控制器带来的高效性、经济性,并且对使用过程出现的软件、硬件故障进行原因分析,提出了对应的解决方法,对其他核电厂的硼伴热方式从温度开关控制改造成PLC控制起到一定的借鉴作用。%Boron heating system of nuclear power station (RRB) is an important auxiliary system to avoid solution crystallization of boric acid which flows through pipes, pumps and valves. This article introduces the design and application of PLC controller in RRB system in detail, and expounds the high efficiency and economy it brings, and puts forward some corresponding solutions to analyze the reasons of the software and hardware failures in use. The experience plays a reference for other nuclear power stations to replace temperature switch control with PLC control in boron heating system.
