With the development of modern industry,PLC technique is applied more and more extensively in industrial production. Aiming at the problem of sewage treatment in the asphalt plant, this article designs a kind of automatic control system of multi-link based on PLC. This system can achieve automatic control and unattended operation on related equipment according to the characteristics of the wastewater treatment. Through the actual use in the asphalt plant of this system, the drainage test results reach class two level two grade of the national integrated wastewater discharge standard. Meantime, the system runs steadily, it also has low fault rate and high degree of automation, it saves a lot of operating costs for the enterprises, achieved good results.%随着现代化工业的发展，PLC技术在工业生产中的应用越来越广泛。本文针对沥青厂中的污水处理问题，设计了一种基于PLC的远程监控系统。系统可根据污水处理的工艺特点，对相关设备进行自动控制，实现无人值守。通过该系统在沥青厂的实际应用，排水检测结果达到国家污水综合排放标准二类二级标准。同时系统运行稳定、故障率低、自动化程度高，为企业节省了大量运行成本，取得了良好的运行效果。
