智能连铸机控制技术开发

         

摘要

with the customer more strict to the requirement of the slab quality, puts forward a new control requirements for continuous casting machine, the surface quality and internal quality, must take effective means of technology. Therefore the control principle, on the basis of digesting and absorbing the original equipment according to the production process, respectively from the mold status diagnosis technology, precise argon blowing and temperature measuring integration, large current electromagnetic stirring technique, fan-shaped segment positioning technology and micro cutting, double control burring formed the technical characteristics of the third generation of intelligent continuous casting machine.%随着客户对板坯产品质量的要求更加严格,对连铸机提出了新的控制要求,无论是表面质量还是内在质量,都必须采取有效的技术手段。为此在消化吸收原设备控制原理的基础上,按照生产流程,分别从结晶器状态诊断技术、中包精准吹氩与测温集成、大电流电磁搅拌技术、扇形段定位技术、微切割、双控去毛刺等方面形成了第三代智能连铸机的技术特征。
