With theenvironmental problems increasingly serious, Chinahas made stricter requirements on thermal power plant desulfurization. Thus, it's extremely important how electric power plants choose proper desulfurization technology according to their actual situation and needs.So the paper makesbrief introduction and explanation on thermal power plant desulfurization technology and sums up the advantages and disadvantages of each technology. On the basis of that,Using analytic hierarchy processand consideringthe environmental, economic, technical performance, the comprehensive evaluation system of desulphurization technologyis built. Thenintroducinggrey system theory and combining actual situation,the whitening functionof each evaluation index is put forward. Finally, to make comprehensive evaluation on the seven major desulfurization technology though gray analytic hierarchy process, there are different choices owing to different focus of each power plant.%随着环境问题的日益严峻,国家对火电厂脱硫提出了更加严格的要求。因此,电厂如何根据自身实际情况和需求,选择合适的脱硫技术显得尤为重要。本文对目前火电厂采用的脱硫技术做了简要介绍与说明,总结了各技术的优缺点。在此基础上利用层次分析法,综合考虑了环境、经济、技术性能,构建了脱硫技术的综合评价体系,然后引入灰色系统理论,结合实际情况提出了评价指标的白化函数。最后应用灰色层次分析法对7种主要的脱硫技术进行综合评价,根据发电厂关注重点不同,可以得到不同的选择。
