气动调节阀门诊断系统平台设计

         

摘要

气动调节阀是核电站广泛应用的重要设备之一,尤其是核岛中的阀门在核电站系统运行中起着重要的控制、调节作用。其运行的品质直接影响到机组的效率和安全。系统以CRIO为主体,辅以不同类型的传感器及接口搭建阀门诊断系统硬件平台。同时对采集到的数据自动分区,分析其非线性度、计算弹簧力、落座力、摩擦力等参数。在无需拆解阀门的条件下实现现场十几类气动阀门的性能诊断。%Pneumatic control valve is one of the important equipment plant is widely used, especially in the nuclear valves in nuclear power plants in the operation of the system plays an important role in controlling and regulating.
