The main object is to monitor the wellhead oil field operations, oil and gas gathering and transportation, crude oil processing and water injection systems,which is oil-centric and focusing on oil and gas processing automation and control systems. Because of the particularity and complexity of their work, the uses of programmable automation control systems is more and more widely in the oil field, particularly in the application of offshore oil platforms, Union Station, sewage treatment station and configure stations. And they all have achieved significant results. In this study, we select the Rockwell series PLC and use cyclic scan mode to control the site-related signals in the oil field.%油田监控的主要对象是井口作业，油气集输、原油处理及注水系统等以采油为中心，油气处理为重点的自动化控制系统。由于其工作的特殊性和复杂性，可编程自动化控制系统在油田中的应用越来越广泛，特别在海上采油平台、联合站、污水处理站以及配置站的应用，均取得了明显的效果。本研究选择罗克韦尔系列5000PLC，采用循环扫描的方式，来控制油田作业现场相关的信号。
