大功率半导体激光器老化系统设计

         

摘要

本文介绍了一种可供60支器件同时老化的大功率半导体激光器老化系统,可对每支参加老化器件的工作电流、工作电压、输出光功率等参数进行定时采集,并对热沉温度、冷却循环水的流量、水压进行实时监测,具有功能完备、可靠性高的优点,可供大功率激光器的研制和应用单位推广使用。%This paper introduces a kind of aging system for high power semiconductor lasers, which could accommodate at most 60 devices at the same time. The aging system can carry out timing acquisition for each device's parameters such as working current, working voltage, the output optical power, sink temperature, rate of flow of the cooling circulating water, water pressure and so on. The system has the advantages of function complete, high reliability. It has a board application and can be used for high power lasers and application units to promote the use of it.
