基于LabVIEW的风机偏航数据采集系统

         

摘要

Yaw system is the is the core component of wind driven-generator.Now, the Monitoring System of Wind Turbines is only monitoring some important parts and signals.It's an urgent need for monitoring the yaw system of wind turbines.This paper designs a data acquisition system for yaw system of wind turbines based on LabVIEW,using LabVIEW graphical Programing Environment to realized the function of data real-time collection,display,autosave and off-line analysis,etc.The results of experiment show that the data acquisition system can realize the data acquisition and condition monitoring of wind turbines,and it can be function extension according to requirement.%风电机组的偏航系统是风电机组的核心部件,目前风电机组监测系统只是对关键部位及信号进行了监测,迫切需要增加对风电机组偏航系统的监测。设计了一种基于LabVIEW的风机偏航数据监测系统,利用LabVIEW图形化编程开发环境实现了数据的实时采集、显示、自动保存及离线分析等功能。实验表明,该系统能够较好的实现偏航系统数据采集与状态监测,并可根据需要进行功能扩展。
