This article discusses the new commissioning method of rod control system (RGL) for reactor’s full length in Ling Ao Phase 2 CPR1000 nuclear power plant.The new commissioning method presents the simulated test platform,microphone signal auto switching,auto analysis of test data(for CRDM performance test and rod drop test) to complete the RGL function validation test,CRDM performance test and rod drop test.It is applied in the RGL commissioning test of Ling Ao Phase 2,and it has proved that it’s able to highly increase the test efficiency and reduce the test cost.The new method has referential significance for the RGL commissioning test in other nuclear power projects.% 本文主要论述了中广核集团岭澳二期CPR1000核电站反应堆长棒控制系统(RGL)的调试新方法。新方法对逻辑功能验证、CRDM性能试验和落棒试验进行了创新,采用模拟仿真平台以及自动切换麦克风信号、自动进行数据分析(CRDM电流时序测量和落棒时间测量)等专用工具构想来完成试验。本文论述的调试方法通过岭澳二期现场试验的实践,促使RGL系统调试以高效、低成本的方式完成,被证明能有效提高试验效率,节省人力、物力、财力,对后续国内其他核电项目RGL系统的调试试验有一定的借鉴意义。
