核安全级仪控系统对数据通信的可靠性、安全性、实时性和确定性要求非常高，这些要求会直接或间接地作用于通信协议，从而使得通信协议的设计变得更加困难。本文根据核安全级仪控系统数据通信的关键特性推导出了一系列通信协议设计要求，对如何设计一个核安全级通信系统的通信协议给出了建议。%The nuclear safety instrument control system requires great quality of reliability,safety,real-time and confirmation of data communication.These requirements will directly or indirectly have influences upon communication protocol,so that the design of communication protocol turns more difficult.According to the key characteristics of nuclear safety communication systems,this paper derives a set of design requirements for communication protocol,and gives some advices to design a new nuclear safety communication protocol.
