机载光电产品扫描反射镜结构优化设计

         

摘要

The scanning mirror is widely used in airborne photoelectrical Equipment,which deformation has effect on the optical system's optical path and quality of imaging .On the other hand,as a rotational structure,the mirror should be as light as possible to reduce its moment of inertia while keeping its rigidity . In this paper,we optimized a reflected mirror of a certain type of airborne photoelectrical equipment with OptiStruct,Nx.Nastran and UG software,considering the overload and random vibration cases .We obtained a particular shape for two point supported scanning mirror .Compared with the original mirror,the optimized mirror has roughly the same rigidity,obvious lower weight and smaller moment of inertia .Based on the optimized mirror,high volume fraction SiC/Al composites ( SiCp/Al) was used to further reduce the mirror's weight and improve its rigidity .%扫描反射镜广泛应用于机载光电产品中,其镜面变形直接影响着光学系统的光路及成像质量。另外,反射镜作为运动部件,需要在保证刚度的情况下尽量减轻重量,降低转动惯量。考虑过载和随机振动工况,运用OptiStruct、Nx.Nastran和UG软件对某机载光电产品扫描反射镜进行结构优化设计,获得了一种适于背部两点支撑的扫描反射镜结构构型。扫描反射镜优化前后的面型结果对比表明,改进构型与原始设计构型刚度基本一致,重量和转动惯量降低明显。在此基础上,反射镜材料选用高体积分数铝基碳化硅复合材料(SiCp/Al),重量进一步降低,刚度得到提高。
