全国大气折射率剖面预测方法

         

摘要

地球上空的不均匀大气对雷达探测性能具有较大的影响,为提高雷达探测精度,首要问题是能够精确预测到雷达作用区内的大气折射率剖面.针对我国国土面积大、地形复杂、大气环境参数变化多样的特征,根据无线电气象学理论,采用全国大气环境栅格技术,提出了一种全国大气折射率剖面预测方法.根据我国大气环境分布特征,把全国分成1 840个栅格,在各个栅格中用10年全国气象探测数据统计出大气折射率剖面模型系数与地面折射率的关系,最后建立全国大气折射率剖面预测数据库.在实际应用中可由测量到的地面大气折射率通过数据库直接得到大气折射率剖面.实验结果表明,该方法具有预测精度高、速度快、简便可行等特点.%The basis for improving the detection accuracy of radar is the ability to accurately predict atmospheric refractive index profile in the area of radar. Considering the large land area, complex terrain and variety of the atmospheric parameters in our country, a method for predicting China's atmospheric refractive index was proposed based on radio meteorology theory and China's atmospheric environment grid technology. According to the distribution of China's atmospheric environment, the country was divided into 1 840 grids, ten-year meteorological statistic data was used to determine the relationship between the coefficient of atmospheric refractive index profile model and the ground refractive index. Then, a China's profile forecast database of atmospheric refractive index was established. In practice, the atmospheric refractive index profile can be directly obtained through the measured ground refractive index and forecast database of atmospheric refractive index. Experimental results show that the method has the advantages of higher precision,higher speed,and is simpler than the methods before.
