The Air Combat Training System (ACTS) of USAF has played a great role in prompting pilots' skills. In this paper, the development history of ACTS was studied, and its structure and functions were discussed in detail. Methods for training effectiveness assessment were analyzed, especially the tactic space method. Based on the study above, some suggestions were put forward including construction of training assessment architecture, improvement and development of training equipment, and exploring of new training technologies, which can be taken as a reference for building our air combat training system.%从研究美国空军空战训练系统的发展历程出发,阐述空战训练系统的结构和功能,对典型的训练评估方法,特别是战术空间方法进行了深入分析.通过借鉴美国空军空战训练系统在提高飞行员技战术水平等方面的巨大作用,得出了构建科学的训练评估体系,做好训练装备的改进和研发,探索新的训练手段等3方面启示,为我国航空兵部队的空战训练系统建设提供有价值的参考.
