平视显示器视差自动测量系统的设计与实现

         

摘要

In debugging of HUDs, the parallax test is usually subjective and it is difficult to get a quantitative result. To solve the problem, a set of automatic parallax detection device was designed. Traditional optical system and CCD photoelectric converter were used in the device. Digital image processing technology of auto-focusing for optical system was used to realize automatic and digitalized parallax detection. Parallax measurements were made respectively using the designed automatic device, By manual testing, and without using the auto-focusing system. The result showed that the automatic parallax measurement device has the highest detection accuracy and good reproducibility. The measurement accuracy is 28".%针对平视显示器现场调试过程中视差检测存在主观性大、不易给出定量结果的问题,研制了一套用于平视显示器视差自动检测装置.本装置采用传统光学系统,利用CCD光电耦合器件将大视场平行光管分划像清晰成像,放入被测平显,再次将分划成像,并对此图像进行处理.通过自制计算软件,计算给出视差调节量,从而进行自动检测.利用这一装置与未采用自动对焦视差检测系统及摆头法3种方法进行测试对比.结果表明自动视差测量装置的检测精度最高,并具有良好的可重复性.整个系统的测量精度为28”.
