汽车轮胎压力监测系统（简称TPMS）主要是由压力传感器、微处理器、天线、射频芯片、电池组成。但由于市场需求的升级,整个系统向小型化、多功能以及更高性能方向发展。这需要对片上系统进行集成,在集成过程中需要应用到SiP、SoC以及MEMS等先进技术。文中介绍的压力传感器,使用了SiP技术,将压力传感器、微处理器和射频芯片集成在一个产品中。%Tire pressure monitoring system（TPMS）usually composed by pressure sensor,MCU,antenna,RF and battery.But with the update of market demand,the system minimization is stay in developing,meanwhile,more functions and high quality is requested.SiP,SoC and MEMS such advanced technologies are applied in integrating process.This paper introduces a pressure sensor which integrates pressure sensor,MCU and RF using SiP technology.
