可制造性规则的数字化描述和规则库构建

         

摘要

针对变批量电子电路模块的设计规范和器件特性,结合工艺流程提出了可制造性规则,主要包括料单可制造性自动检查、元器件封装自动检查、裸板自动检查、制作自动检查和网络分析等,对可制造性规则进行数字化处理,通过将文字描述的规则转变为可以度量的数据,能够解决需大量计算的复杂检测和动态检测问题,并为后续结合设计文件的规则库构建奠定了基础.%According to the design specifications and device characteristics of the variable-volume electronic circuit module and the technical process, the rules of manufacturability is proposed, mainly including material automatically check for manufacturing, assembly automatic inspection, automatic bare board inspection, automatic inspection and production of network analysis and so on. Process the manufacturability rules digitally, it can solve the complex detection and dynamic testing by converting the rules described by the text into data that can be measured, and make a foundation for the follow-up rule database construction.
