A structure design scheme is put forward for the heat pipe cooling type rectifier cabinet based on the requirement for excitation rectifying equipment. Research is carried out on the selection of rectifier element, heat dissipation, insulation and modular design, which achieved a single cabinet output of 1600A with self-cooling. The operation data of the trial cabinet showed the stability and reliability of the design. The structure design scheme can be put to wide use and further study.%根据励磁整流装置的设计要求,制定了一种热管散热整流装置的结构设计方案.在电器件选型,散热,绝缘,模块化设计等方面进行设计探讨和研究,实现了自冷散热单柜出力1600A.试验柜的运行数据表明了该设计方案效果可靠稳定,值得进一步研究和推广.
