Cable connector is the main transmission medium of communication.Mine cable connector is a mine control system signal transmission medium,its reliability directly affects the stability of the system.Years of experience in field application shows that due to the special environment under the coal mine,which directly affect the connector reliability is mainly lock,protective and the structure and material of the connector contact,etc.Through special study for connector and test this paper summarizes related parameters, process and design method,provides reference for design and improvement of mining cable connector data.% 电缆连接器是通信的主要传输介质，矿用电缆连接器是井下控制系统的信号传输介质，其可靠性直接影响系统的稳定性。多年的现场应用经验表明，由于井下的特殊环境，直接影响连接器可靠性的因素主要为连接器的锁紧、防护及连接器接触对的结构及材质等。本文通过针对连接器的专项研究和试验，总结相关参数、工艺和设计方法，为矿用电缆连接器的改进和设计提供参考数据。
