介绍了AP1000核电厂钢制安全壳涂层施工逻辑,指出屏蔽墙混凝土浇筑施工是钢制安全壳外壁污染的主要原因.提出采用涂刷临时防锈漆、覆盖保护膜及混凝土施工防护等防治措施,并从经济性、安全性等角度进行分析比较,确定屏蔽墙混凝土施工防护是最优化的措施.%The procedure of coating construction on containment vessel shell in AP1000 nuclear power plant was introduced.It is pointed out that the construction of concrete shielding wall is the main cause of contamination to the outer walls of the containment vessel.Some preventive measures were presented,such as application of temporary anticorrosive coating,use of protective films and shielding during concrete placement,and comparatively analyzed in respect to economy and safety.Adopting protection during concrete placement is determined to be the best solution.
